My partner bought me a bracelet last Christmas as part of my Christmas gift. I'd worn it twice from December to June and it began to turn brown/tarnish and fade. I contacted them and they requested that I send them the bracelet for a refund, which I did.
It's now a month later and I still have no refund 'due to PayPal issues' and them sending me a credit note without them telling me that, that was what they were doing - because resolving the PayPal issues is too challenging. I'm now waiting again for pandora to refund the money through PayPal which doesn't appear to be happening.
I'm so very disappointed in the communication skills of the staff and their ability to be transparent and manage expectations, getting information from them is like pulling teeth. Avoid at all costs.
