Bought my wedding ring from them and after 2 weeks it started to tarnish, I took it back, it was checked by their 'professional' and replaced. 2 weeks later the same thing happened again so I took it back, tis time they were not as accommodating, they blamed the tarnish on me, said I must have been working with chemicals.! I work 8 hours a day in an office sat at my pc, so no way could it come into contact with chemicals. They refuse to replace or offer any refund. I have contacted the ombudsman and I am waiting a response. In the meantime the same ring in store has been reduced from £250 to £159 and now again to £99 ? surely this must raise eyebrows as to why it has been discounted so much? They really have tarnished my wedding and would never buys from them again. I will also let customers know when I am in the area to stay away from these horrible people or you will be disappointed.
