I will NEVER use Warren James again and neither will the rest of my family. My daughter bought me a pair of earrings for Christmas and, the other day the clasp where they do up broke. My daughter took them back to the Canterbury store together with the receipt and was told that it wasn't a faulty product. The girl basically said that the product had been worn in water ( I don't swim and I took them out to shower) and that they were discoloured which meant I must have had my hair dyed whilst wearing them, absolutely not true , in fact I can't even remember the last time I had dye anywhere near my hair and certainly it hasn't been this year. Far from being friendly and professional the girl was downright dismissive and rude. What a disgrace
