Placed an order beginning of December but literally arrive 2nd January I emailed x3 but only got a reply on the 3rd email where they said they had not got my original Communications. Products absolutely lovely but delivery and customer service rubbish. I did try and speak to a real person but was told on line was email only and the stores did not deal with online purchase. Poor show!
