Recently me and my sister bought what we thought were Silver bracelets at warren james; only to find out later on the website that they were rodium plated. Staff had failed to tell us this at the shop. My bracelet was for my school prom and my sister's was just as a treat for herself. Despite this, both bracelets proved to be faulty. My bracelet had a diamond that fell out. Luckily I have noticed this before I wear it to the prom. The clasp on my sister's bracelet was broken and the bracelet would have been lost if she had worn it. Considering the bracelets had never been taken out of their boxes, this was quite shocking. I hope we will receive a refund.

Rhodium plating gives a silver item added luxury as it enhances the colour and means it keeps the silver colour for longer as it stops it from tarnishing. The bracelets are silver underneath the rhodium finish. Maybe you should have researched a little bit as to what it was before you posted on here. As for a stone having fallen out and a broken clasp, manufacturing faults can happen on ANYTHING. You cannot eliminate human error with anything.
