Recently, we went to the Warren James branch in Poole. We purchased two rings of the same style and size (for my daughters) at good prices. We tried to purchase a third in a larger size for me, but unfortunately,they had ran out of stock in my size. The staff however, were very helpful and contacted me when they got their next delivery, and now me and my daughters all have the same rings which are beautiful and worth the price. Whilst there, the staff talked me into buying a bracelet and earrings, which they were not pushy about, they just asked if i was interested in more gorgeous jewelry at good prices. After reading horrible reviews on here, i was shocked that things like this could happen as i find the shop worth while and worth the money! Complaining that jewlery has broken does you no good, it has nothing to do with the shop most of the time!
