Hi I didn't like the treatment I received from Warren James.My fiance purchased my Engagement Ring last year and bought a ring and then sent it back to be resized then come back a differentring to the previous one.The staff also were very rude and not helpful.Also they lost my ring box to which they gave me, when fist purchased. I won't be recommending family or friend to you on future!!
