Avoid this bunch of charlatans if you value your watch, time and money. They ask for money upfront - DON"T AGREE - in fact GO ELSEWHWRE. I had a simple watch strap to be replaced. - was told they could do it right away - after 15 minutes was told it would take a bit longer - would I come back in 15 minutes. When I returned 20 minutes later, watch and strap were lying on bench just as they had been when I left and the three "tedchnicians" were busy with other customers. (mainly giving excuses for poor service - extra charges) Also while waiting there was a BIG postal delivery of small boxes - reckon they just send away the work and add their commission. They lack tools and expertise to do real repairs. Anyway - I gave up and took my watch to a cheaper, quicker outfit in Debenhams. DON'T GO NEAR THEM - they turn really aggressive if you dare complain.
