After letting the battery on my quartz Seamaster die I left it around 6 weeks before shopping round for a replacement including a reseal and pressure test. I'd got a couple of quotes prior to visiting the Watch Lab and both were more expensive and also required the watch to be sent off to another location.

I went in the Watch Lab at around 1.15pm on Friday and spoke to a friendly and knowledgeable gentleman who spent a few minutes explaining their services and I decided to take their in-store option of replacing the battery, resealing and WR testing. As I was on my lunch break I explained to them that I could either come back after work or within 40 minutes to collect my watch. He explained that he should be able to take care of my watch within 40 minutes so I was very pleased when on my return the watch was ready to go. The watch has been perfect since I collected it and has not left my wrist.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the Watch Lab and will be returning to them in the future with any requirements that I may have.
