I was in Glasgow from New Zealand, to attend a wedding. My failry new Longines watch suddenly stopped working. I visited many jewellers in the Argyle Arcade, but none were able to change the battery. Eventually one of them suggested I take my watch to The Watch Lab in the Buchanan Galleries.
I was delighted to find that The Watch Lab worked on many of the high-end Brands. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and after checking that it was the battery at fault, they said they could replace it and re-seal the watch, and to give them an hour-and-a-half. I had an event to attend but the Lab was open until 7pm, which was perfect timing for me.
For a busy Lab, the staff were friendly, recognised me on return, and my watch has been working perfectly since. I would have no hesitation in recommnending the Watch Lab in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow to anyone in the need of their expert help.
