Watch placed into repair in February, expected to take one month.
After 2 months I hadn't heard so I went to the store where the employee told me 3 weeks or so. This was frustrating but understandable. after all i was going to get my watch back right?
So we go 8 weeks over the expected 4 and i decide to email the Customer service team. They clearly had better things to do that inform me as to what was happening. A further week later still with no idea where my watch is I had no option other than to seek legal advice.
Upon informing Customer service i had been advised that i could take them to Small Claims Court they decided there was time to contact me.
However they pushed the blame over to someone else and informed me that in the 3 months they had my watch they hadn't actually done anything, just left sitting there...
There was no attempt at all to remedy this situation and i am still currently in talks with a legal advice firm.
I normally would never write a review on a matter like this. But the service was honestly shocking. My advice would be to steer away from this company.
In Hindsight I'd rather have payed double for a similar job but with a different service.
Shocking.
