Change of a battery should be a fairly simple thing to do. Not so for most jewellers for this specific watch (Skagen) - I was even considering sending it back to Denmark where it was bought! Thank God that Watch Lab exists. Took them just 30 minutes. They have all the correct tools and service was both efficient and helpful. Compared to the Skagen watch UK service centre who actually sends the watch to France - even for a change of battery - with a lead time of 5 to 6 weeks. Extremely happy with Watch Lab and would recommend them to friends and family. My son was also very happy (his watch). Smiling faces all round.
