I took my Seiko watch for a new battery to The Watch Lab in Preton after searching Google for a watch repairer. What made me decide to go there was the attention to detail they use, shown on their website videos. As my watch was a present from my lady, I wanted to make sure it was done properly. I have no doubt about the quality of service given being the best you could ever get. The gentleman who served me was superb in explaining what would be done, how much and how long (45 minutes). A far better service than those kiosk type places, where I have experienced a lack of Customer service and doubtful due diligence, when battery replacement hasn't lasted very long. I recommend anyone to use The Watch Lab every time. Definitely no disappointment.
