I have a Longines watch inherited from my mum so it's very dear to me. I have my batteries replaced at the Manchester store and have had batteries replaced for my mother in laws Longines watch too. A guy at the Manchester store was very helpful and knowledgeable, he knew how long the previous battery had lasted and recommended I have the bracelet cleaned. It came up like new so I was really pleased.
Another seiko watch I'd taken didn't work when the battery was put in so they offered to refund the cost, even though they'd taken the time and trouble to put it in. I was very impressed and would recommend the service provided by this company. It's very nice to have attentive, knowledgeable staff these days.
