Shocking ! False info & no customer service!!!

I took three of my watch for battery change . A Fossil, Storm and a D&G. a young man took a look at my fairly new D&G watch and told me the fact that the second hand is static and the watch did stop all together means it need servicing , at a cost of £150, he didn't offer to check the battery just adamant it was a service job. I said thank you very much and I went off with my 3 watches to a reputable watch shop they told me they'll test the battery if it doesn't work they'll be able to advise next step having taken a look inside the watch . Well they change the battery and my fairy new watch is ticking on very nicely . Watch Lab you're a slop , pure greed , my battery change for three watches would be less than £150 , but it's still money and honesty is the best policy , no doubt I would have brought in watches to be serviced at a later date when they actually needed service as I own many top brand watches.
