I treated myself to a titanium watch between 15 and 20 years ago, when I got a new job. Over the years, I managed to snap off part of the clasp. The Watch Lab staff at Lakeside were fantastic, they took the time and trouble to call Citizen and then advise me that all parts on my watch were discontinued. However, they could measure up and find an alternative stainless steel clasp, which could be fitted on the inside of the titanium bracelet.

I now have one of my favourite watches, back and working perfectly, I am very pleased with the consideration and service from the staff, an outstanding effort - thank you very much.
