We took 2 watches to Joe at the Preston store. What a top bloke. Friendly, courteous, competent . Within 25 minutes both watches-a Festina and a Fossil, were back on our wrists. We are really pleased with the standard of service given and attention to detail. Highly recommended. And Joe is lovely- a genuine guy who know his stuff. Many thanks.
