I have just received my watch back and I am absolutely delighted. I sent my 6 year old watch to these guys for a repair and service (one of the buttons had broken off!).

It took about 6 weeks but the watch has arrived back looking like new! When I sent it the casing was scratched and the lettering on the bezel was worn and faded. It has been polished (apparently there are not many places in the UK that can polish Titanium) and all the lettering on the bezel has been repainted.

It was not cheap (£195) but I feel what they have done represents excellent value for money, especially compared to the cost of replacing the item (£500+ pounds?)

Rick at the Lakeside branch was incredibly helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to reccomend them.

Thanks a lot guys. I will wear my 'new' watch with pride again!
