I got a bracelet from my boyfriend for our anniversary, which broke 6 months after using. As we did not keep the receipt we got another one, which broke again a few months later. This time I took it to the store and told them how unhappy I was and a snobbish manager came and said they can try to repair it but it will cost £20 and it's obvious that it is my fault that it broke!!! Terrible customer service and product, I expected more from Swarovski. You can be sure that I will never buy anything from there again and will make sure my friends and family don't either.

I too have been told that the £49 bracelet I bought for my mum and which broke after four months occasional wear is not covered by Swarovski's warrenty. They say they pride themselves on their 'high quality' but their products obviously are not good quality, otherwise they would last longer?
