I have faithfully been purchasing swarovski charms to complete my charm bracelet since february, i have spent over 500 dollars in charms only to have problem after problem with the crystals falling out. Now I can't complain about the customer service as they have given me a new charm every time I went in to complain. That being said I am still shocked at such a high price for jewellery that is not even sterling silver! it is cheap rhodium plated nickel! How dare they charge so much money for such obviously badly made jewellery. If you read they care advice booklet they give you with the jewellery you might as well buy a display case as that will be the only way you will keep it looking as nice as it looked in the store. If you are looking for wearable jewellery that will last for years to come DO NOT BUY SWAROVSKI!
