Links of London (LL) DENIED my warranty claim to fix a watch manufactured by them because they said I bought the watch at a discounted price from a well known retailer. The LL associate said that if I had paid full price for the watch, or not purchased the watch while on sale at the retailer, LL would have replaced all the necessary parts to my non-working watch. The associate went on to say that despite the fact that my watch was brand new when purchased, in an LL box, complete with papers and warranty commitments from LL, the second I bought the watch at a discounted price the warranty was voided by LL. He then said "all retailers do that." Really? I guess you should never use a coupon to buy a toaster because based on LL's logic, that voids the warranty. In short, my experience with LL has been frustrating to say the least. I find any company that will simply and arbitrarily void a warranty because they do not think that I purchased their product at a high enough price to be a company that lacks ethics. That said, LET THE BUYER BEWARE - Links of London is, in my experience, that company. In my humble opinion, they lack ethics and DEFINITELY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!
