Ordered a Charm Bracelet which I really, really loved. It took 7 days to deliver by post, despite the hefty delivery charge - which is ridiculous in any event.

I have skinny wrists, so need to have 2 links removed. Shockingly, they charge £5 per link - so the skinnier your wrist is the more you pay - on top of the price of the item. This policy is even more ridiculous considering they are removing the silver and keeping the excess for themselves and charging you for the priviliege of doing so.

Unbelievably, this process takes yet ANOTHER 7 days. Just to remove two links on a standard chain bracelet. The sales assistant coped to a basic standard, but I wouldn't suggest she was good at her job or went above or beyond to appease the situation. I will never be purchasing another item from Links again, and would advise others against this as well.
