Bought my engagement ring that had to be resized, got it back 2 weeks later and within 2 days of wearing it the ring was all tarnished, was turning my finger green and had a black mark on the band, took it back and was advised they had never seen this before and sent it away to get replaced only to get it back and happen again, 3 months later, 2 complaints, 7 calls and 13 trips in not once have they apologised and have not resolved my complaint
