Your stores seem to generally be small, cramped, run down, dated and far too much 'tat' on display in windows, in terms of tacky ornaments. My engagement ring was purchased via yourselves, but online. I do like my ring a great deal, although the gold was a little scrimped on and diamond has visible inclusions, via naked eye, but colour good.However, ring has survived 3 years of constant heavy wear and only had setting tightened once - was loose on purchase. No problems since tightening. And replating- standard for white gold to require replating if heavily used.Lovely, unique design. Kind of modern meets vintage. Received many compliments.However, would never have wanted to set foot in a store to find said gorgeous design as your stores are grim and off putting. They look awful and neglected. I'd be embarrassed to say where ring was from as stores look so chavvy and cheap.
