fantastic service at watford branch!!

I have never shopped at goldsmiths before, no particular reason though. but seeing as this was a special occasion I chose goldsmiths, and I'm very glad I did!! I was looking for a watch for my son's 21st birthday, I was greeted by a lovely young girl (can't remember her name) she asked me what sort of things he wears and likes as I had no idea on what watch to get him! She picked out this lovely Armani watch for £379.00 I also took the insurance for the watch. I'm very happy with my purchase and so is my son, he loves it. However very glad I took the cover out as my son dropped the watch and smashed the glass, we took it back again seeing the young girl who sent it back to be repaired (took about 2-3 weeks) and our watch was back! She explained that they had replaced the case rather than repairing the glass which I was pleased with. She also gave me a lovely cup of coffee! Would just like to say if your looking for a jewellers go to goldsmiths watford! Lovely team, clean store and amazing service.
