i ordered a branded watch over the phone,the lady told me they will do the delivery next day before 1pm and i paid.next day i called after 1 pm then they saying they havent process the order yet coz they dont have the stock...if they are a reputed dealer in uk they shoud let customer know.
i am very disapointed and never go to goldsmith.unprofesional services.
