I recently visited the store in Chester looking for replacement rings as I am recently separated but felt lost without a ring on , there are 23 jewellers in Chester not one asked why I was buying a ring apart from [name removed] and Lynn in Ernest jones , they went to great trouble to make sure that it did not look like an engagement ring , I was torn between a ring in another store and Ernest jones I went back to the other store to see the other ring where the girl had served me earlier that day I tried the ring on she didn't,t even remember me from earlier , then when I told her about the other ring I had seen in Ernest jones she told me the colour of the dia would be worse in there's , I returned to Ernest jones and was greeted like a friend , I asked about the colour of the diamond they got out the certificates again and explained all about the Leo diamonds , [name removed] had to order my size and when I told her I was going on holiday in 3days time she arranged for me to collect the ring on the way to the airport , I went to collect the ring and [name removed] was not in that day but Lynn was there she was as excited as me about my holiaday
