After loosing my engagement ring over 2 years ago my husband surprised me with a near match for it which he purchased from the Nottingham branch December 2014. Just a few days later I noticed a stone missing. We returned it on 3rd January and collected it after a repair to the 'snapped' claw on February 13th just in time for Valentines. 21st February and the second claw 'snapped' and another diamond was lost. We returned it and requested a £500 refund but were told that it would have to go back to the manufacturer and they would decide.

Whilst there the manageress stated as she did on our first visit that she'd lost the stone from her ring several times, it was just one of those things. Well not in my experience actually. This is the worst quality piece of jewellery I have ever owned. I still await the outcome. My email to head office remains unanswered.

My husband deeply regrets not checking reviews online before making the purchase.
