I ordered a ring for my wedding I was advised it will be ready to pick up I two weeks, after two weeks no word, I called CH and was told there was a mix up in their system on stock numbers, after constant phone calls and emails to their Head Office and Branch, I got the ring 8 weeks plaster 1 week before my wedding, I had paid cash in full for the ring, they took all my details (email, address, phone nr) but said they had no details to contact me, I was told lies and got empty promises from them, very unreliable and poor service would never ever use again.....be warned, the whole experience was stressfull and upsetting just before wedding.
