If you want an all round vehicle that will last you a lifetime with very little problems then I will recommend the Jeep Wrangler 4.0 with no hesitation. I have owned mine for 8 years and I have no desire to change until I cannot climb in it

Item: Jeep Wrangler 4.0 TJ
I bought the Jeep Wrangler 4.0 TJ new in 03 for mail delivery - I had to completely rebuild front brakes at 11000 miles as the rotors warped (haven't had to change rotors since, now at 70000) - dealer would not warrant. There was a short in the wiring under the dash which burned up ignition switch wires - they would not warranty (24000 miles). Item: Jeep Wrangler 4.0 Sahara
Be warned! My 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4x4 was fun to drive but after only 37k miles the back axle disintegrated without having ventured off-road. Neither the dealer nor Chrysler were interested because the warranty period had expired even though the vehicle had travelled barely 60% of the warranted miles. Initial quoted repair equated to 22% of the cost of a new vehicle. Recon option was 8%. Fun it is but rugged and reliable it ain't. If you've got one then sell it ...

Item: Jeep Wrangler 4.0 Rubicon
The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4x4 is a fantastic vehicle. Not only does it outperform any vehicle in any enviroment, it is all but bulletproof. Just take notice of how many older wranglers are still on the
