    This was my second cruise this year. In comparison to the Thomson Destiny (June 09) the Island Escape scores well on several points over the Destiny.     It was my 1st cruise so didnt know what to expect. I found the staff so friendly and the housekeeping staff were amazing, it was so nice going back to our rooms of an evening to see what animal had been made from the towels.     Have just returned from 14 nights cruise. Although a little tired the ship was very clean, great food and staff. Entertainment really good. Thank you Dan for 2 different Captain impersonations. Cabin stewards really good. Do try the A la Carte restaurant. Tours very good especially Rome by Express t ...

    This was our first cruise. The food and entertainment were excellent, and the staff were the most friendly that I have ever seen. They were also doing tricks at your table making you feel at home.

    Also the tours on offer were excellent, especially to Rome on the Express train.
