Had a data capture error setting up a direct debits for these people. Stupid error that should have been easily resolved but felt like I was banging my head every time I spoke to someone. Ended up feeling playground bullied by customer service staff who just seemed to want to lane me. A bit of teasing and experience would not go amiss. It was a stupid error that should have r been dealt with in the first call but instead I was made to feel stupid. Really gripe I never have a problem again as their staff are just unhelpful. Wish I’d know their customer. Service team were just robots with names.

Application has been with them for over a week . They have asked for the same information on 3 occasions having already provided it. They then ask you to call them and ask a question about the paperwork and then 2 days passes and they phone back with the same question. Really awfull service, however bad you find your bank they cannot be worse than this lot. Avoid at all cost

I took out a loan from Zopa, upon experiencing financial difficulty I spoke with the Collections team to make them aware of my difficulties due to being made redundant. I was rushed of the phone, in what I assume is a bid to meet inbound or outbound call targets. Rather then undertake an income and expenditure towards setting a plan just whilst looking for work, like my other creditor did, I was told to contact a debt management firm charity called PayPlan. I prefer to deal with creditors as its my loan and i am very hands on, upon asking if it was possible to do this over the phone I was rushed off and advised that management prefers customers to speak to PayPlan. The agent attempted to be as nice as they could be so this leads me to believe that poor management and possibly enforced targets have customers treated unreasonably and rushed off the phone. I definitely would not recommend this firm at all. They are just AWFUL, far from customer oriented more like target and money hungry surely this behaviour is not TCF.

Always Very slow to invest money. Now not taking any new funds. Changing the website all the time, no idea what's going on.

Having just paid off our mortgage, I wanted to use some of the money saved each month to buy my dream sewing machine, which is a state of the art, very expensive, top of the range Bernina. The service I received was second to none. All staff I spoke to where very polite, courteous and efficient. I was astonished and delighted at the speed with which the application process was completed and a decision given. Process is easy and decisions are quick. There was no lengthy application forms and although they charge a fee which gets added to your loan, the interest rates are really good. Even with the fee I was paying less than I would have been with my own bank or anywhere else. They are very flexible and you can top up loan or make extra payments without occurring any additional fees it actually reduces your interest Would highly recommend this company. Works a bit like a credit union but without the need to have savings put in yourself.
