This bank is one of the worst i have ever have i cant beleive the service they provide its shocking i earn 35G a year and i applied for a 10G loan the other week and got declined (no reason why) so i wrote a complaint and i got told i could get a 4G loan so i told them i would take that but then they told me once again that it was declined (once again no reason why) i used to have a overdraft of 600pound which i paid off so i asked if i could get a 500pound overdraft which was declined aswell (no reason once again) i have substantial money in my savings so i must have good account management so there is no real good reason why i cant be accepted defonatly not staying with this bank for much longer unless they change
