I went into my local Yorkshire Bank today, and was greeted by a really nice lady who went out of her way to make sure everything was done for me. If more people were as helpfull as she was what a wonderfull world it would be.

I went into my local bank today and the service was exalent she asked me if whated anything eles I whated, I said no thank you she then replid have a good day.
