Been into my local branch service is good the trouble is at the top.Wanted an appointment so tried to phone my local branch after listening to this option or the other finally got fed up and hung up. YORKSHIRE BANK used to provide good service Ihad to go into my branch just to make an appointment then back another day to attend the appointment.If the people at the top concentrated on customer service rather than ripping us off with their obsene bonuses the banking world and life in general would be a lot better. Yours Disgusted.
