Multiple problems withdrawing money from a reward saver account including not being able to make online transfers, low phone transaction limit, delays in sending money (due to St Patrick's Day!), no way to email scanned written requests for transfers.
I also tried to open a separate account for my elderly father. There was a problem with the cheque written to open the account (not PO's fault). However, rather than give us chance to correct the mistake, they cancelled the whole application. It took them nearly 3 weeks to do this by which time they had withdrawn the saving product.
Steer clear.
