Invested £10k in a MYSAVE ONLINE PLUS in April 2011

The only documentation I have is an undated letter and a statement dated 31 Oct 2011.

The bond matured last month.

They posted a "Welcome Pack" (I kid you not) on May 15 last week after my phone call asking how I close the account!!!

Still waiting.
