having read these other comments, I have to say that personally, I am perfectly happy with the service, and have never had any problems with signing on, finding it always quick and easy, with no delay problems that others seem to have suffered!
I have to say that I prefer the newly designed web page, the old one was very 'messy' and over complicated, also, I haven't used the card reader yet!
