I am pleasantly surprised to find an internet bank, straight forward and easy to use with help at hand if needed.
My only criticism is the slight confusion of the 2 PINs, one to login and the other for payees with card reader. Locked into a good rate 2.89% apr also helps though drops after a year.
Compared to Barclays which I have used for years it far exceeds their dismal site which is unchanged over 15 years.
Another advantage being one the 'big four', transactions are instantaneous to other High Street banks unlike Bank of Scotland/Halifax, Santander etc. who take days hanging on to your money.
Both the later have inferior web sites, though Santander has improved recently with new look.
