I have never used an Internet service as bad as this, it's a total nightmare to use and sooo frustrating.
when I try to log into my account it keeps telling me that I have entered the wrong ID or passcode when I know they are in fact correct, so I get locked out, then I have to wait 5 days for a letter from the bank for me to sign to confirm I am the account holder, so then I sign and send it back to them and after another 3-5 days I get a letter from them with an Application no. ( whatever that is!!) to say I can now use the internet banking again. so I try again to log in to my account and the same thing happens again, it's a vicious circle. It's got so I'm too scared to try anymore. Talk about a secure site! even the account holder with all the info can't even get in to their account!!! I'm thinking of moving my account to another bank with an user friendly internet banking system.
