“ISA TRANSFER SENT TO THE WRONG BANK!”

I transfered my isa from halifax to natwest, the money left my halifax a/c on the 16 th april, so after many phone calls to natwest and halifax, all halifax said was my cheque left them on 16! Natwest told me you have to leave it 15 days then they said there had been a hold up.
On 18 of April i had a letter from Halifax to say the cheque they sent natwest had been returned to them but i had been given £27 for the intrest i lost out on!
So i phoned them up only to be told my cheque had been sent to SANTANDER!!!! So i was then told they would give me £50 for the trouble! Am i happy that it has been resolved?! NO
So now my money is in Halifax and it will be with natwest within 5 days.
