worst bank in ever. they constantly make mistakes and are never willing to take the responsibilty
once they closed my wrong account and i was standed in india...

i would recommend First direct, although a sister company they are brilliant

HSBC are full excuses and i wish my partner would listen and change banks.....

there must have been a reason why the bank closed your account. no bank can close the account if you operate in line with terms and conditions, as that would mean breach of contract. Did you operate in line with their terms and conditions? You have means of checking you account wherever in world you are using your internet banking, so maybe you should have just maybe done that. …and stop blaming bank for you being stranded in india without an account or cash.

I really don't care if you I think that i work for the bank or not. And yes, i will defend all the banks, just like any other businesses. As I already mentioned, with all business, including banks, from a business point of view you have no leg to stand on without reading the terms and conditions. Simple as that.

No, you definitely work for HSBC. Or do you defend all banks? Because that would be plausible and I would actually think you were a god send. But on the other hand, through the defensive information and resentment to customers you put across, you do think HSBC is perfect and can do no wrong. Period.

Really? Because I do not work for HSBC. What I do for my living is completely independent of HSBC. Yes, you are right to complain about anything you want in this life, but I am still going to insist on reading your terms and conditions to enhance your knowledge on the product. I participate in auditing banks's procedures, therefore need to know them inside out, and I will not say HSBC is perfect, but from a business point of view, you have no leg to stand on if you breached the contract and the account had to be closed. Period.

Oh Moveon, get back to HSBC head office and tell them to find you a real job. People have a right to complain about banks such as HSBC, as this is a review forum of personal experiences. Robotic advise or scripted and patronizing paragraphs from you will only make people dislike HSBC even more, as HSBC are never to blame according to you! Your defense and love of all things HSBC is hilarious.
