Expensive phone number to call, online banking wouldn't let me on, constantly had problems, received a fifty pound charge whilst being unable to log in to my banking. Left after six months and was promised a hundred pounds due to being unsatisfied but had to constantly chase them via email and phone they still didn't put it in my account before it was closed so now awaiting a cheque. Staff difficult to deal with advised they would not cover my call costs for complaining even though they admitted fault. I would advise everyone to stay away because they are nothing but trouble.
