First Direct is the best bank I've been with.

they are available 24/7 (even on bank holidays), they always come up with a solution and offer me a great service.

Have been with them for over 12 years, will never contemplate another bank.

Also I've had quite a big pre-approved overdraft with them and their charges have been much more reasonable than any other bank, certainly good value.
