I'm actually about to close this account as I've had enough.
Been trying to activate my online banking for over a week now.Still not working.
Apart from being asked to set up about eight (!) passwords and 5 or 6 memorable date/place/restaurant/colour etc information I was told that i need to download an app, get an activation code (valid only 24 hrs) set up an mobile account generate another code and then another. the app kept crashing and once you started the code business you cant long in on your computer until you've finished. so the app freezes a lot, and when starts working again the code is no longer valid co you have to phone them again. On 0845 number of course.
