“No other bank comes close”

I have been a customer with First Direct for 14 years and have always received fantastic service. They are quick , sensible , helpful and knowlegable and actually put the customers needs first. Looking at a couple of poor reviews it appears that the persons writing them had been overdrawn and objected to being charged, not the banks fault. All their terms are clearly defined.
I Look forward to using their excellent product for years to come.
