“FIRST DIRECT RIP OFF £100 O/D CHARGE ”

overdrawn by £85 for 4 days , and charged £100 !

first direct charges are a total rip off... yes good customer service when you are one of their cherry picked customers. When things go slightly wrong , they areent even willing to listen to reason ... Yes , it was a mistake to go o/d , which was an accident as i was out of the country ,,,, but hammering me for £100 leaves a very sick feeling in my stomach in reagrds to first direct .
