wont let log-in keep saying my detail doesn't match , have tried for days ! keep saying the same stuff.they emailed them told me to ring up some 08 number . waited on-line for 20 mins on my mobile which costed me over £ 15 , no one answered . what a bad service they also take ages to reply back to email as-well.

Apparently they are 'upgrading' again - We've had the same problem this week and now none of our standing order wages payments have reached staff today - they've gone from Company Account but are currently waiting out there somewhere....Account Manager is worse than useless, can't do anything, can't explain where everyone's money is. I'm having to lend people money for lunch today until they get their pay!
This is the final straw, we are moving banks, we agree - Barclays, worst online banking EVER!
