    My WIL163 has just packed up after two and half years. During that time it was pretty good and did what we asked of it.
    Apparently the cicuit board has broken. This amazes me - other equipment with circuit boards easily manage to last longer than this.

    We are delighted with our Moon, which we bought as soon as they were available. Everything is washed on 30C in 30 minutes, saving us lots of electricity and time.     Good product and the short wash cycle option is a boon. I usually wash on a 30o temperature and so this is economical. The clothes do not need much ironing after drying in a tumble dryer.

    Dispenser drawer was a little awkward to remove/clean out - but not too bad. Attractive machine. Would buy ...

    The Indesit Dryer broke down twice in 6 months leaking water and ruining my kitchen units. Indesit were very polite but did nothing to repair any of the damage that their faulty appliance caused.

    Bought the (built-in) machine from Comet in April 08, delivered in July. Because of other building work it was not intalled until April 1st 09. Failed in October (bearings burned out). Comet not interested in servicing it and claimed not to do repairs. Local engineer said it was totally unacceptable ...
