“Not happy.”

I took my IVA out in May 2013, like a lot of people, it took me a long time to get the courage to call someone and ask for help. At first, PayPlan were fabulous, and everything was clearly laid out.
However, I'm now on my 5th/6th (I think) case manager, and I'm really disillusioned with them - especially since having my annual statement sent through. Payments to creditors seem really low for the amount I have paid overall, whereas PayPlan's dividends seem a lot higher than I thought they would.

Is it at all possible to change who you have your IVA with, as I no longer have any faith in PayPlan. Especially given my recent statement, and annual review, where I didn't really feel listened to, and had to make changes to my budget that feel detrimental to myself.

Its a big thing to admit you need help financially, and I have zero faith n PayPlan any longer.

I too have had this same experience. I am confused as to who my case officer is. I also recently had a letter stating that I had to pay extra money into my plan, despite me having been on maternity leave for almost 12 months. I have given them my new expenditure on more than one occasion and have left messages which have not been answered on the Payplan website. I have received PPA money which has been paid into my plan. When they did a review of my payments this year, I too was disappointed to see how much had been paid to my creditors. They also stated that not as much money as been paid in as should have been. I can't work this out, given the fact that I received over 6k in PPA money. I think it's a little misleading and wish that I had gone down the bankruptcy route.
